The Giant Ball - Sea Wars

Sea Wars is composed of two distinctive parts: the engine and the game itself. The engine is distributed under the MIT licence and can be used for free for any use. The game is not free, but almost :). It is distributed under the The Giant Ball Fair Use License (TGBFUL), which allows you to use a part of it for free for any use, if it is reasonable (fair use). This licence is "experimental", so do not hesitate to discuss about it on the forum!
I also encourage modding the game, but mainly by proposing the result on this web-page (www.TheGiantBall.com), or the page that I (Alain Becam) will own for this purpose. To have a win-win agreement, each modification can be presented with a logo and a link to your own web-page. Furthermore, if the mod is big enough, you can then use it yourself (see the detail in the licence text bellow).

This licence should allow anyone to use the source code for his or her benefit. It mostly want to avoid plagiarism, as I actually spent a lot of time developing this game, and though expect some benefits back, so I can continue to develop more games :)

The source code is now available upon request (by e-mail: Al), but will be available here as soon as I have cleaned it enough!
